包丁の産地・堺で刃付けの修業を積んだ職人が、伝統を受け継ぎながら現代の生活に合うオリジナルの包丁をお届けします。
店内の工房にて、職人の刃付け・研ぎの技を実際にご覧いただけます。

Our shop is located in Nara City. We sell Sakai knives.
At our shop, knives are crafted by a skilled artisan trained in Sakai, Japan's renowned city of knife-making.
While carrying on tradition, we offer knives designed to suit today's lifestyle.
At the back of our shop is a built-in workshop where you can watch the artisan at work ー sharpening each blade precisely with his hands.
