優れた切れ味や耐久性を持つ高級鋼材です。
錆に強いステンレス鋼のため、メンテナンスが比較的容易で、日常使いの包丁に適しています。
炭素量が多いため、ステンレス鋼でありながら炭素鋼並みの硬度を実現できることから非常に人気のある鋼材です。

※１丁１丁職人の手作業で製造している為、包丁の模様・波紋・色、柄の色・模様に個体差があります。

※鋼の包丁に比べると錆びにくく変色しにくいためお手入れがしやすいです。
錆びに強いわけではないため、洗った後は包丁を乾かす必要があります。
鋼の包丁より頻繁に研ぐ必要があります。

●三徳（さんとく）とは、肉、魚、野菜の3種類の食材をこれ1本で対応できる日本生まれの万能包丁です。
文化包丁とも呼ばれています。
日本の家庭では最も一般的に使われている包丁です。
切っ先が鎌形で、牛刀より緩やかな形状をしています。
